We create original plans based on your unique site and your unique preferences. A license to build one house, as depicted in the conceptual plan, can be purchased. You would receive floorplans, elevations, sections and renderings depicting the design. Your builder / architect would add the necessary edits and specifications, in order to create the construction drawings. Revisions are also available. Contact Us today.

VIEW A SAMPLE PROJECT
I sell licenses to my original artistic designs. I do not produce construction documents. I do realize that you may not see the perfect plan for you in my portfolio but after talking, I might be motivated to create a new one that could check all the boxes for you. By working with unique set of site conditions and client preferences, I get inspiration for the next addition to my portfolio. You would have the opportunity to purchase a copyright license to build one house, as depicted in that plan. Also, if you do decide to buy the license, revisions will be available, at a specified hourly rate. Plans and 3D Models will be presented in person at my office on Main Street in Hayward, Wisconsin.
