​     Scott Krueger lives in Northwest Wisconsin and is a professional Lake home and Cabin Designer. He has operated as a design-build contractor, working in multiple states, for many years. He is proficient to expert, in most residential trades and appreciates all styles of Residential Design. He is a Master Builder of single family homes and his designs are all originals. The plans he delivers are conceptual and are to be used as a reference by an engineer, licensed architect or design-build contractor to produce construction drawings. He offers copyright licenses to build one house, as depicted in his conceptual plans, which he produces individually based on a particular client's preferences and homesite.
    Original Design licenses, typically, have been valued between $7,500.00 and $50,000.00.  Once a project is accepted, information gathered, costs quoted and the plans produced, the design plans are presented. At that time , clients have the choice to purchase a license to use the design or not. Revisions, 3D modeling sessions and full color renderings would also be available.
