He offers copyright licenses to build one house, as depicted in his conceptual plans, which he produces individually based on a particular client's preferences and homesite. His plan licenses, typically, have been valued between $5,000.00 and $20,000.00.  Once a project is accepted, information gathered, costs quoted and the plans produced, the design plans are presented. At that time , clients have the choice to purchase a license to use the design or not.
